Cheater: Blackecho

In this (halo 2) game he was flying around with a sniper but shooting rockets. This was an arena with the description: Welcome everyone.

He seemed to have a friend with him on the same xbox, there in game names were:

1. Its Not Pink
2. Its Light Red

Nobody can really do anything about it unless you know their Xlink tags. so were you able to figure that out??
