Is this possible via XLink Kai?
I only succesfully connected to another cube but nerver to two cubes.
Mario Kart says 3 Gamecubes found but after pressing start every player gets a connection error.
Any ideas? |

Don't know about Kai, but from my experience with Warp Pipe, more than 2 Warp Pipe/Kai clients introduces extreme lag (because the GameCube LAN protocol waits for a round trip for all GameCubes before advancing a frame), to the point of causing frequent disconnects.
Having multiple GameCubes using one Warp Pipe/Kai client (in the same house) will not introduce much extra lag. |

Sounds like a job for..... Control Simulator!
I played a few ControlSim games today online - my opponent had a ping of about 260, and I was on a 56k modem. It worked quite well, though. The game never slows down, even if you lag. If you lag, players will appear to "jerk" into different places. |

really interessting,it seems to be that our internet-connection is to slow four online-gaminig via normal LAN-mod.
All cube-players have had 128K upload and a ping of 80.

Are you a beta-tester?
If so, how can I become a tester? |

that would be cool though if it did work with control sim
1.the lan mode gives you your own screen.
2.it has up to 8 players.
3. and of course it would run much faster than it currently does.
cant wait |
