Sure, just invent a new way to do something like that and have all browsers implent it THEN it might be possible but only if you find someone willing to do it for enough beer. |

Err web-kai is an idea put forth by Zegita that is not very likely to occur and as for your question about opera well why the hell not try it for yourself and see. (Its a web browser) |

That Opera pic is his signature, he wasnt suggesting anything pertainging to Opera (Opera is a Web Browser by the way), although I myself would respond with, TRY OPERA! It's quite dope! |

I think he means a web based client that one can pull up in the browser. I think it is possible since their is a java client out. I don't see why can't one make a web based client. What I'm really waiting for is someone to build a kvm over ip for the xbox. That would be usefull for the dedicated servers. |

ya know ... on the screensavers they had something sorta like that about 6mon - 1yr ago ... it delt with 1 keyboad & 1 mouse and 2 monitors and 2 computers and it would emulate your mouse and keyboard over ip ... kinda close ... it was pretty cool ... I had tried it out but i can't remember the name of the program. But you might find something on g4/techtv's website about it.

it's tough to say whether its possible or not, most likely it would need to be done in something like flash, but even so its difficult to say because what it may require may not be possible with flash.
I wouldnt hold my breath for such a client, but feel free to learn some flash and see if it's possible |

Should be possible to write a GUI in ASP.NET or something similer, I have thought about doing one so I can run the GUI on my smartphone but it seemed like a lot of work sadly.
Ask around in the GUI forums, see what those guys think |

ya gui would be a definite possibility, but this guy wants the whole setup, engine and everything so he can use kai anywhere, my recommendation would be get a USB drive, install kai on that and its portable |

The whole thing would be just impossible really
Unless someone has a magic idea I am missing out
The USB thing is a great idea, and I belive you can run the Kai engine without the need for a "propper" install these days, so you could just use the engine .exe file and use xbmc or other GUI |
