Opera (i'm using Opera about 98% of the time i'm behind a computer screen so it's more important to me than my desktop. It's not a browser it's also my PIM and live organizer) :
Desktop (I hardly use it anymore, a lot of icons that I don't use anymore and since a while I just launch everything I need at system start-up, saves time) :
