Can't establish a connection... WHY?

I have a Wireless Netgear WGT-624 Router and have tried a lot of different ways to connect and play a game. I can log in and it says that my Xbox is properly configured, but no one can see my game, nor can they establish a connection with me.

I have tried disabling the wireless, firewall and port forwarding from my router and still no good. Tomorrow night I will try to connect my modem to my pc and pc to Xbox on its other nic.

Any other thoughts? Thanks

Try a diffrent version of winpcap?
