I just signed up for Xlink. I downloaded the program Xlink Kia Evolution 7. I forwarded fort number 30000. I have no idea what I need to do after that. Can someone please help me. I am trying to go online with Gran Turismo 4.

Theres really nothing more to do besides fire it all up. If you run kai though your pc. Launch the kai config tool and set it up with your kai tag name and such information. Check the launch UI so that you can navigate your way on kai enter the GT4 arena you want to play and game on. Turn your game on and go into multi-player and you should see your room to which you want to play.
If your running though XBMC you need to setup your XBMC with ip address and such information to connect
If all else fails check out the kai tutorials which explain it all word for word
