Question for admin...Playing in wrong lobby

I'm trying to find servers to Halo: Combat Evolved. But when I'm looking for servers does a group of people play Halo2 in the Italy lobby In Halo: Combat Evolved.
Are they allowed to do that? If not can't you kick them aoy from there. It is irritating that they are playing in wrong place.

You can play any game in any arena you want to. It's just a matter of people finding a group they like to play with and isolating themselves in a corner in kai. Think of it as running to the bathrooms in highschool to sneak a smoke. Very Happy

It's stupid, but not kick worthy.

people usually do that when they are trying to play with just certain people and they will usually go in a room where no one ever plays in.

Because that's easier than adding each other to contact lists etc so that they can play in Messenger Mode.

It makes sense.

i'm one of them ... we play in the halo 1 pal italy arena because:

1) we are all italian so we can speak our own language.
2) we met there during the "famous" era of the french halo 2 version and continued to use that room to meet eachother.
3) in the halo 2 arena (europe / america / asia) we *can't* communicate eachother (only the host is able to hear and speak to everyone else), this strange "bug" doesn't happen in the halo 1 pal italy arena so we prefer to play there Very Happy

i know that kai uses different "routing" mode for different arenas so ... why don't use the same routing mode of the halo pal italy arena in the halo 2 one? If this will introduce lag i understand but my friends and i in the halo 1 arena are not experiencing lag so ... consider my simple "suggestion" Very Happy
