Did I need a mod chip to hex edit.  . If I dont can someone tell me a program to do it with. |

As far as i know ur xbox must be modded to hex edit. |

No you dont need a modded box to do this, all you need is action replay and a program called sav3r which you can download from halomods.com. the program comes with instructions on what to do but if you dont understand anything PM me and ill be glad to help |
