Wrong forum to ask this in, although I can see the relation, but you won't find your answer here.
Go to the downloads page. For more info, go through the WRT / MIPs subforum.
In a nutshell - it's a firmware for your Linksys WRT54G (and a few other models) that embeds the Kai Engine into the firmware, meaning your router does all the tunnelling. All you do, is hook up a UI to control it. The UI can be the usual PC UI, or, ask I can tell since you asked in here, XBMC.
