I know at first this sounds like a broad question, but under ideal circumstances, roughly how many people can be playing per/x amount of upload. Right now i'm getting 516k up and supposedly just ordered an upgrade. |

this really depend on the location of the other players. if they're all from your USA - Louisiana location, then you probably get away with 16 players without lag.
But just say all around use, you can probably host about 8 players.
or you might be playing fine then someone comes in with just 128kb upload may cause your server to lag or whatever.
But again it's just a rough idea as this cannot be accurate. |

256 - Arount 4 / 5 Players
512 - 8 at least 10 players
1024 - 16 players
So here's the anwser with your upload you can host around the 8 Till 10 Players Near Your Country

I used a bandwidth meter during a Halo 2 game to get an idea. As the number of players in the server increases, the amount of bandwidth per player increases. Try 80k/player as a starting point. |

I use NetStat Live. You can get it here. Yes, it works with XP. |
