What System Are U Going To Get Xbox360 or Ps3 ?

I don't mean to be a hater but i'm going with the xbox360 because i find the xbox platform way better than the sony (except the psp) plus it's better grapics, better online play, and also it's just better all around.

thats because Xbox came out in the market 1 year after the PS2 was launched. i.e. better hardware power. Think it's gonna be opposite next generation. why you even comparing or saying "except psp" Confused

ONLY advantage Xbox had over PS2 is the online ability. thats it. Rolling Eyes

I'll get both. as well as Revolution. But i promised to not get another Nintendo console, but who knows Smile

the only thing i liked for PS2 was sports games cause the controler is set up better for them

XBOX controlers are more for shooter games

Are you talking about 360 or xbox? If it's the 360 how do you know all that and if its xbox then don't forget the PS3 is likely to be the hardware leader this time.

I pre-ordered my xbox 360 2 days ago in game. And Redwolf they ask you what version you want when you go to pre-order. The guy said they had tons of orders already and not even one had gone for the core package.

Also all 3 game shops i went in that day (gamestation, game and eplay) all had someone at the counter pre-ordering the 360.

from what ive read and heard, the technical gap wont be as big between 360 and ps3 as it was between ps2 and xbox.
for starters the timegap isnt as big.
also the 360 has an inovative gpu architecture (unified pipelines), while ps3 has a more traditional pc like gpu. that means the 360 gpu is more flexible and itll be more efficient (les raw power will go to waste), witch in my opinion, might mean that the technical gap youd expect because of the later release date will be virtually non existant.

haha funny. how do you know x360 is going to have better graphics. Very Happy

ill eventually get both if i have the money. i will get teh x360 as soon as they have a modchip for it.

I'm also getting both. Here in Europe (the netherlands) the x360 will be only €299.
I curently own a xbox and Ps2 and when i bought my Ps2 it was FL1200 (that's about 500 euro's).
So when the x360 drops and the Ps3 will be in that pricerange i'll get both.

The main reason is to play all games Smile

some games are xbox only or Ps2 only ... and now Resident Evil is only gamecube, and i am really considering to get that console too...

Agreed. I've played Nba Live 2005 for PS2 and xbox. The PS2 version had a terrible framerate compared to the xbox. Xbox was completely smooth with smoother graphics while PS2 was pretty crappy

imo the only thing that was holding back ps2 was hardware power. Next gen i think m$ is going to get owned cause Ps3 is going to have the power + huge library of games.
