I played xlink before with GT4. Now, I upgrade my firewall (ZoneAlarm), I can't play GT4 on xlink. I check my network adapter and it was not on the list.
My network card is "3Com Gigabit LOM (3C940)" |

I've got exactly the same "problem".
my intel pro 100+ nic usually shows in the network adaptor window of the xlink config tool.
I've been using xlink to play forza, black hawk down thru xbmc.
first I thought it was a network problem but my home lan works perfectly
xbmc connects to the internet for streaming video feeds.
when firing up xlink thru xbmc the uk server pops ups, i can browse xlink game lobbies/chat rooms but when i connect to a game the system link arena doesn't show up.
I have since re-installed xbmc 28.08.05 cvs build and xlink
I checked my firewall(zonealarm) to make sure it wasn't blocking the xlink engine and launcher exe's
I even disbaled my firewall and the same thing happens.
is there any way of forcing xlink config tool to my intel nic |

I don't know why Kai can't detect my PS2. I didn't change any setting. |

You guys get an answer to this let me know too. I posted this exact same problem myself on my manchine running W2K that had no problems running KAI at one time. Now I as well don't show my onboard NIC in the config tool drop menu. I tried everything.
The below link was the closest thing I can find to the problem as no Mods or anyone else here has replied to my situation either.
