GCARS-CS [Public Beta] - Stands for GameCube Action Replay Simulator and Control Simulator. The AR simulator works just like an AR (but supports more code types), and the Control Simulator allows you to play multiplayer GameCube games like Super Smash Bros. Melee over a LAN or the Internet.
