[ALL Games]Supply info when hosting

ok, this is like the only thing bothring me in Xlink.
When you go to the Ghost Recon 2 room for instance
there are alot of people and alot of private arena's
BUT...
alot of the hosts do NOT specify what version of the game they are running.
resulting in incompatiblity issues
For instance
Someone Running The new packs and the new maps should put

[Updates needed/Maps needed]

in the hostname

becuz its very anoying to go back to kai over and over again

anyway i post this to see if more ppl feel the same way.

well if u dont have the updates thats your problem, not the hosts!! send me a PM and ill help u out with the updates!!

When i play GR2, most people i see, do make use of the arena description.

Maybe you stumbled across a few of the newer members of xlink. But like i said, most GR2 players already do this.

if you don't have the patch then why raise the problem, unless your married to the mp5 sd or something along thos lines, or maybe your hacks only work on a patched game Wink

i am playing games online for over 8/9 years now, and never once did even the thought occur to hack or cheat or whatever, so plz a little bit of respect m8, dont go ranting to everyone saying they hack etc m8 Sad

Actually, I do feel the same way you feel. I think that people should put in the description if they have the updates hosting on their server. Some people do, but others are just like "COME IN AND DIE!!!11"..lol..

some people cant get the updates, and it can get very annoying when you join a game that has updates when you dont have them. especialy when they dont bother to tell you.
