My friend wants to get X-Link Kai Evolution 7 really bad, but he is using dial-up..is X-Link Kai compatible with dial-up?

yes it will work with dialup but i don't recommend it .. please don't join other peoples games while your on dialup as it will lag everyone up .. stick to your own private arenas, don't host and have fun :]

He said that he would talk to his mom about getting Cox High-Speed Internet, but Im not sure if he does.

Also, for the time being, can you give me a setup picture of how to set-up with dial-up?

To set up with dial-up. Your PC must have 1 modem card/slot and another NIC card/ethernet card. The telephone line will be plugged into the modem slot. Your XBox/GC/PS2 will hook up to the ethernet card with a crossover cable. There, that's basically it. Too lazy to make a picture so if anyone would like to make a picture, please do so.
