any one else get a "transaction error"??

Did any one else on LIVE get a transaction error when downloanding the Killtacular Maps so that it doesn't actually charge the credit card??

From what I understand, Bungie is having a hard time keeping up with the server load for the new maps. If you get a transaction error and don't get your maps, they suggest you try again later in the day.

my friend bought the maps but there was a transaction error, so he ended up not paying for them
