help with xbox

hi guys, i'm kind of a noob, before i try this out i need to kno if this would work with a softmodded xbox, since in a softmodded xbox, u change the whole dashboard, i needed to kno that this wouldn't mess with the dashboard and not change it, so could someone tell me if this will work on a softmodded xbox, plz. Thanks for any help.

Oh and one more thing, i have broadband connected to pc with ethernet, could i just buy one router and connect the modem to the router, and xbox to the router? sry if this is too much of a noob question lol.

read the big important message above... it will help answer your questions. in short u can play with kai with a modded, non-modded xbox (that includes softmods as well)

yes u can buy a router and connect the pc and xbox to it , router will come with set up instructions. i got a router with 2 xboxes and the pc connected. one is modded the other is not.
