Yeah thats a perfectly reasonable one - consider it in for 8.

In fact, you can actually do this right now using kaid Smile

As long as the conf is set to only find 1 console, then as long as yours is the first it sees, it will ignore others.

We can always pay the subscription fee to XBC and have the ability to filter servers by pings etc...

Or you guys can implement for free in the next update.

Cool man thx alot. The thing with kai at college is that a guy plays by hooking his xbox to the LAN and let his computer ( which is also connected to the lan) config the xbox through our dorm's LAN and like 25 xboxs show up configed to my system. It happens to a guy 2 doors down from me as well. So right now MAC address filtering will be my new fav new feature untill i get Kai EvoVIII Cool

You know, another simple trick to get round that problem - install a cheap 2nd NIC card, connect the xbox to it using crossover, then in kaiConfig, tell Kai to use just that card, as opposed to "autodetect and lock".. that will solve the problem completely..

we have 2 people with that set up on our floor but the guy that causes the problem is a bit of a douche and he wont buy one.
Thats what i have it set to in config. What we were doing is telling him to let us sign on first then him sign on last so we can all play. Oh well, Back to the origional subject.
