Halo 2 Glitches

How do ou do that sword thing when you fly across the map to the other player? is it Left-Trigger+X?

When you start the game... quickly swap your gamepd from port 1 to port 3. And plug in a PS2 pad in port 1. Then using both hands press X on ps2 to jump and press the right trigger in the Xbox pad. you will fly and anyone in you way will be smashed. Smile

Yeah,

It takes some serious time and skills but if you pull it of you're sure to win that match! It basicly makes you invincible!

NO...he wanted to know how to fly... that key combo is just for the infinite energy and quad weapons damage.

Yeah,

You might remember the PS1 game Metal Gear solid. In that game you had to defeat an enemy by swaping the controler to the second gameport.

Bungie always joked about Halo 2 beating MGS so they decided that to beat the enemy you had to put the controler in the third controler port since the Xbox has more than just 2 controler ports and 3 is a bigger number than 2.
Halo 2 would beat MGS in every way so they decided that it should beat that to Wink

It's a litle inside bungie joke and was hinted to in a bunch of interviews. Bungie never confirmed nor denied it but it's pretty clear to me.

It's complicated but he, cheating shouldn't be easy!

It takes some serious time and skills to get the timing right though and even then it doesn't always work. It's made hard to do so that no-one was really going to do it and ruin the multiplayer mode.

No its for halo 1 and i know how to rocket lunge on both 1.0 and 1.1 update... 1.1 is harder.

Yea, in 1.1 you need to plug two PS2 controlers in ports three and four, plug two Xbox controlers in ports one and two, and press the R and L (R1/2 and L1/2 for PS2) triggers on all of them while eating a choclate cake and doing the cancan upsidedown.

Alrgiht, this is the serious one: Get a sword and a rocket launcher (Is there a map with this equipment loadout?). Equip the sword and aim. then it's simple: Y, Y, X, R-trigger, X, (The rest must be done REALLY FAST) Y, Y, Y, L-trigger.

You don't need any grenades, but having a plasma grenade gives you a boost (Who knows why, probably the same thing that causes warthog jumping).
