In Australia the BBA is not released in stores, without the BBA you can’t hack the Gamecube. The solution is one that requires no importing. Just roll up to Nintendo HQ with $69.65(AUS) and purchase it at their shop if you don't live near it you can make a mail order or porches it over the phone with credit card. You can find the address and telephone number at the back of the game manual.
There was a user asking about this before but he has now left and with no way to contact him I hope that this will hope anyone else facing a similar dilemma.
