just wondered i use kai thru my xbmc and it works great but if im playin a game say forza for example is there a way to get back to my xbmc menu without going right back to my dashboard and having to load up xbmc again thx for the help

Set XBMC as your dashboard is the only alternative.

dont know which dash you are using... but i know that avalaunch has an option that when you reset the xbox and hold down an assigned button it will run either the last program ran or a specified program... so that could possibly help in your situation.
