halo 2 doesnt seem to be fun anymore

theres soooo much going on with halo 2.trash talkers,cheater,idiots now halo2 is all competition like you cant get it to one game of halo 2 without some asshole calling you a bitch and you suck at halo.it thought it was all about the fun of the game.

I think the best thing folks can do is to play a bit and find people that you enjoy gaming with. Then exchange buddy names (or whatever they're called) and set things up like that. That way you can have the best chance of avoiding the people that aren't as pleasant as some of us might like.

i dont have any problems with people trash talking

and the only people i find trash talking are in chats saying they can beat everyone....play them 1v1, u dont got anything to loose cause there "so good" so if u beat them then it just makes ur feel so gosh darn dandy

Even with the new maps Halo 2 is starting to just be boring.

Republic Commando doesn't have voice so I haven't played it much, but from what I remember it is not anything special.

the new maps are just boring period. all i play is the old maps and sometimes turf if theres alot of people

If you are looking for a good FPS then Unreal Championship is your best bet (the original). That game is sweet! Smile

UC1 is by far the most intense FPS for the xbox. Nothing else even comes close if you want fast action. Acid usually puts a game of it up on GameTime just about every Fri night so keep your eyes open for that if you want to play. Also, almost all of us in MF play it so just look us up. Smile

if u wanna go back to the original get the unreal tournement series....thats what started me off on online gaming....best PC game of its time

yup, that's how I met a few of my co-founder's for MF. Check out the stickied UC thread. All of the MF clan leader's were posting up in there before they started up MF.
