First of all i'm a fastweb (italian fiber ISP) user, to be able to ping other fastweb users we need what TD called "deep resolution servers". Since yesterday afternoon kai doesn't "find" deep resolution servers anymore, i opened the "kaiSystemConfig.txt" file and noticed that there is a strange string

<b>Warning</b>: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in <b>/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/yellowinternet.co.uk/httpdocs/kaievo7/getconfig.php</b> on line <b>29</b><br />
instead of the list of deep resolution servers ...
i hope it can be fixed very soon

PS i already posted this problem in the general forum (as a reply to the OLE DB error), soon after i discovered the general help section   ... sorry for the "double post", next time i'll be sharper  |

Yes i can confirm is the same.
The problem is started 3 days ago, now we can't see the other ping from the same isp users.
Pls help us

hehe sorry, i wish i knew more about the deep resolution servers, but i know very little
i will see if i can figure anything out.
looks to me as if the page is missing

i know that is not part of our teamxlink.co.uk servers and am not sure who's it is or was
