read the sitickies, as you clearly havent if your trying to do that, your psp cant find a dwl-122, it can only find wireless routers |

Maybe. But for some reason it does not work. I did all setup in stickies - it did not help. Then I used suggestions of one guy playing with 122 (actually different to these in stickies) still nothing. It is not G122. Windows XP. Kai does not see my console. Somebody told it is not necessary, but I do not see any games on my PSP |

If he has read all that stickies he has allready done that.
@grzs
Have you allready tried to play with xlink with other games? If you dont, you should try. What Firmware are you using? Maybe a early version of the firmware such as 1.5 wont work with current games. Have you tried reinstalling xlink? Have you tried to play via xlink at other computers? You should try anything possible. May your network card is just broken or something like that. |

Well, today ive got my dwl-122. Everything went fine till i notice that the signal is allways low and stops after a time. Windows says that i have to type a network key in, but i havent set one on the psp and as i renember it isnt possible in adhoc-mode. Maybe that key is that large PIN that has been delivered within the value pack? |

All I have to say is: just because people aren't reading the setup guides, doesn't mean you can hurl insults. Even us mods have to walk a fine line between chastising and insulting, trying our best not to be outright offensive.
The thread seems to have recovered, so I am not going to do anything beyond this warning.
All I have to say in addition to what I just said is: The stickies, and the announcement are your friend. |
