PSP connects with xlink but still can host n join

Hi, i have a Dell™ Wireless USB Adapter and i did everything in the setup guide and it connected with my xp. Very Happy

and xlink but it comes up with "sony psp conifgured succesfuly" with a lod of numbers above it
wot does that mean?
and i cant host games and join
Plz help

im having the same problem but i have it on my router a wirless-b linksys kai finds my psp fine but cant join or host if you find out let me know also.

Bud. If you r using your router alone it will not work. The only routers that r supported r LInksys WRT54G or GS and a cartain buffalo router. These are the only routers that allow custom firmware to be installed which has KAID engine built in. I have WRT54G.

I'm having the same prob here also. I am using a netgear WG-111v2 wireless usb adapter, Kai finds my psp fine but i just cant seem to find or host any games. i have given the wireless connection a private ip so it connects faster, but am still having problems. My xbox works fine with kai joining and hosting (not through usb adapter only using usb for psp) and have all required ports forwarded. ANY help would be appreciated! Smile

Even I am having the same problem. Connect to Kai ok but cannot get any players when I host or cannot join any game.

Followed the screen shot guide, the quick start guide to the dot, used the compatible wireless network card and everything check and works, but can't join game or people joining my game. Any help? What else should we do?

I need help too!!!

Mine doesnt detect a concole, but it does say network reachable: Yes.

I can't host or join any game.

Does Windows Firewall need to be turned off? Or do the exceptions work?

firewall shouldn´t be an issue. I had the same problem to get the console connected. The fix was first to start my wifi then kaid an if the network shows "reachable" then start a multiplayergame (as host) and the psp will be detected immidiately. Well, at least mine did. (and even if you are in infrastructure-mode. so don´t forget to switch your psp-networksettings to ad-hoc...)

Can you join or host a game now? Then tell me how you did that. Thats where i´m stuck (for now).

I have wg111v2 also and I followed the guide, everythign connects right but when i go into guild hall i do not see anyone.....

Edit: tried wiht my laptop Wifi card and it still did not show ppl in gathering halll......does it have anythign to do i have euro version?

How do I fix "Unreachable" or "Fix Fowarding" Does this have to do with my ip?
