There's also an Auto-Update available on Live (now I think) that might break compatibility with people who don't have the update... So be careful if you use both Kai and Live on the same box. |

Im waiting for the day when there is a game as large as operation flashpoint, with simular flavour, but with GR2 and RB6 thrown in.(both playable. I.E. Army=GR2 Spec Forces=RB6)
Perhaps the Ubisoft answer to Battlefield series.......that would be shit hot! |

I haven't played in a while, so some of this may in fact not be new...but it's the stuff that I don't remember from before..and I may have missed some new stuff as well
New map: Province, medium sized, 4-12 players, snow, somewhat dark, two "town" areas and lots of paths and choke points.
GR2 map: Battle
GR2 map: Sand Mine
New mode: Blind Siege - insertion and siege base are randomly chosen.
New mode: Headhunter - "Eliminate a platoon of enemies in a best of 3 rounds game. Killing opposing team members lowers their score. Highest score wins." Not exactly sure what that means.
New mode: Capture the Flag
New mode: Co-op recon like scout, but no respawns (was this there before?)
New weapon: AUG (rifleman) 5.56x45mm
New weapon: A2 SD (rifleman) 5.56x45mm suppressed version of the A2/M4
New weapon: M16 (rifleman) 5.56x45mm
New weapon: SCAR-L (gunner) 5.56x45mm 100-round SCAR
New weapon: SCAR-L/EGLM (grenadier) 5.56x40mm + enhanced grenade launcher (I haven't figured out the difference yet)
New weapon: AUG/M203P (grenadier) 5.56x45mm/40mm + grenade launcher
New weapon: M1A SR (sniper) 7.62x51mm - shortened M14 DMR
New kit restriction: No Lone Wolf / No Launched |

Does anyone know if Ubisoft is going to allow non live users to download this from them or will they sell the update disc? It seems that alot of games on kai are updated and I can't get into them. I just started playing the game recently and enjoy it but it is hard to find a arena sometimes. I am getting bored with Halo 2. |

I don't think they'll sell it, but you might see it show up on a magazine CD. But since the new content is really aimed at Live multiplayer I wouldn't count on it. |

Ok another question on the udate.
I currently don't have the update but want to know if I were to have the update installed can I still play with those who don't?
I am assuming that if the host of the game does not have the update and I have it I will still be able to play? Similar to Halo and the map packs, you can still play the older maps together.
I know already that if the host has it and I don't that I can't play.
