How do you restore default settings for xbmc

I recently lost connection and tried changing things to get it back. i now have reachable network: yes and a configured xbox.

i just cant get xbmc to work. Here is my path:

xbmc to settings to my network:
Assignment manual(static)
ip address 192.168.0.02 (port forwarded from host comp)
netmask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.0.1
dns server 207.69.188.185
enable http proxy yes
http proxy host 30000
http proxy port 30000
enable internet lookups yes

im using and wireless set up too.

i think my problem is in the proxy host and port. I changed those and cant remember what they were before hand. I am thankful for all I have learned through your site and am surprised I had to come asking for help once again. i'm stuck can you help. thanks

I think you can replace the xboxmediacenter.xml file with a fresh extracted copy to reset all your settings.

EDIT: that is not ging to give you your proxy setting information thugh. Shocked
