Hi i just downlaoded and installed XLink on my Windows XP PC, i'm using 2 network cards , crossover cable and network bridge to connect my PC to xbox and share the internet. Whenever i try logging in Xlink i get stuck at Requerying Orbital Mesh, i have already tried changing the orbital server's. Please Help Question

i have read the faq and most of the related posts esp the sticky one on the top. but it doesn't help, once Xlink got connected but the computer restarted as soon as it was connected.

You need to go through Kai Config tool. Select the PC NIC card in the network adapters list, Auto detect and lock can cause problems. You also need to forward ports in your router or firewall software. 30000 UDP. and When you do this in kai config tool you set Kai Port to 30000 too.

thanks for helping me out i really appreciate it but i am not using a router to connect to the internet, maybe my network administrator might be and might be that he's blocked the udp port, he's in the habit of doing that.
