"Estabilishing Link" Problem

Tonite I and a friend of mine, both behind fastweb had try to play with the same old games, Rally Sport, PGR2 and the new Star Wars Battlefront.
The problem is the same of another user (but his problem is in march).
In the main "page" of XLink the green tag shows the words "Estabilishing Link and, if I create an arena the ping continuosly shows 24 ~ 144 ~ BAD.
So the games are unplayable.

Last time we play, about a month and half ago (before holydays) all seems to work perfect. (as always in those six months of use)

We tried to change the deep port from the old 35000 to 0 and the result (as we expected) is an "Always Unreachable/Bad Ping" state.

So we turn back to the previous configuration with a port at 30001. Same result.

If anyone can help we would really appreciate. The few people of our community are all waiting for an answer.

P.S.
The "Dual Interface" is always enabled, with 30001, 35000 and 0.

Edit:
We tried with pcap 3.1b3 and the problem is the same, we also tried to change our port to 63000, no change.
Tomorrow mornig I try with another Fastweb User.
So strange...
