i know theres a sticky bout it, but it takes forever to get a reply, i need to know do i need a modded gamecube to be able to use it? and does it have lag at all, and 1 more thing, is it hard to work?

Umm no on the modded gc. and it depends on how bad the ping is...low 100s is good...umm and hard to work? it depends on how you upload the dol file...you can do that by maxdrive pro, action replay...or pso 1&2....but once you get the program running its not hard after you run threw it a few times
