Hi, when I start Kai, it crashes at download system state. It worked perfect a week ago, does anyone knows what's wrong?

i have this same exact problem. it worked fine and now i cant get it to work at all. if i uninstall and then reinstall it works once. then it starts this again. how can i fix this?
