weird error in XP

ok this is the problem i get. it seems to only happen when im connected to the internet and shows up within 5 mins of starting up XP. i get a generic host win32 process error and when i click on more info about it, it says that its reflecting upon svchost.exe and the netapi32.dll files. i tried different anti virus programs and spyware detectors and this thing doesn't want to go away, whenever i click close on the box i lose audio in xp. any help would be greatly appreciated, ive tried about 10 different solutions and they all failed so far.

you mention loss of audio, perhaps uninstalling and reinstalling the latest audio drivers?

lol he said he has audio but after he closes the window that popped up its gone.
