ping problems

people in diffrents arenas cant get my ping! Kai performance says configured correctly! havent been able to connect to any games..

I have Zone Alarm pro and win xp sp2 with windows firewall disabled. I have even tried with ZA disabled. My router and pc is both behind the same router. I have a Netopia 3357 router. My pc and xbox is connected with each other through the router..

Any suggestions?

As suggested in FAQ and Top 4 Troubleshooting Tips (which gets ignored each time), you need to port-forward.

well no Ive given full acssess to:

My Firewall:
For XBox users, allow the IP address 0.0.0.1 full access on both UDP and TCP.

• Also for XBox users, allow port 3074 full access.
Reduce the intensity of the protection ie. 'Medium' instead of 'High'

My router: port forwarding udp port 30000

doenst seem to work

And you put the port-forward into the Kai Configuration Tool under 'Kai Port'?

I am having the same issues with ping and connecting when it comes to playing my Xbox on Xlink. However, I had no issue playing my GameCube with Xlink. Do I need to set-up port forwarding just for my Xbox?
