Well first of all I didn't even see ppl's games, so I turned off my software firewall. Voila, now I see games, everybody sees my ping, I see everybody's ping and etc.

When I join a game, this is when the problems start:
I get an error right after joining. (XBox , Trying to play Halo)

And I have PAL (Finland) and have triend playing in UK and Australian arenas but well... *cries*

I don't know what the problem is. Even tried uninstalling my firewall.

From the troubleshootting tips I saw this:
Quote:
Q. Can see games but get failed to connect right after joining. (XBox)
A. Usually a software firewall issue. Easiest fix is to allow all ports on 0.0.0.1 (or just remove the firewall Very Happy

That fits my problem pretty perfectly except my firewall is uninstalled or turned off (depends on the situation)...

What can I do?

Thanks in advance.

The error is typical of a software firewall installation. Just because you turned it off, doesn't mean access it open on the ports. The software firewall will shut down and leave ports closed / blocked. You need to either search on here for people who may have the same program and see what they did, or try uninstalling it altogether just as a test.

Make sure you have the same version (region) of Halo as the person you wish to play against.
