Log ionto your account at TeamXLink.co.uk, then go to edit profile. You have to have the pic hosted somewhere (if you dont already have hosting, try 1asphost.com) and then just type the URL of the image into the relevant box. Remember the pic has ot be 50x50 (pixels ).
