ive read the port forward stuff and its not workin what wrong?

Your portforwarding isnt setup correctly.

Do this first
http://www.portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm



Then find your router on the list and reforward
www.portforward.com

how do you know when its done on pfconfig? do you press update router?
