Kai Crashing for me on Login...

When i start Kai evo 7 .
1) I fill in my login info ( my kaitag is - RoCk-BoX ( Smile

)
2) I Click Login
3) Looks like all is well , then it gets to Downloading Contacts... and then it crashes then gives me the windows error report thingy and thats all. It was workign all up until today around 5pm

I can fix it but you will loose your contacts...... or you can wait and hope the update fixes the issue.

i have a similar problem. i get a runtime error before i login and when i try to login, it just hangs there. doesnt do anything :-/

Rintime error........ sounds more like a winpcap issue to me

uninstall winpcap
reboot
launch kai
let it install winpcap
reboot
launch Kai again and see if it is working.

i have that problem but i never logged in yet so i have no contacts. help mi too!

ill keep clearing them when u post you want it done..

as for not being able to log in ever, try

uninstalling kai (delete any left over files if any)
uninstalling WinPcap
reboot
download installer again
install kai & winpcap (kai will start the winpcap installer for you)
reboot

give it another try at loging in.

After the auto DL and update I can no longer login. I launch Kai and it goes through it usual motions and places the engin in the systray (XP pro). Kai doesn't appear in the application section of task manager. a Double click on the systray ikon causes it to disappear. Weird!

Same problem here,was working just fine yesturday,then today I tried to log in and it just sits there"requerying orbital mesh..."
Any help would be appriciated.
