need help plz and ty!

i just dl the new version of kai, and when i turn on my xbox to join games it doesnt see any of them! if anyone could give me the anwser to this prob i would be grateful. i dont get why it doesnt see any of the games, cuz i never had a prob with the old version doin that!

Read OTHER posts first. 2 things you need to check, WHICH IS CLEARLY WRITTEN IN THE HELP IN KAI (BLUE ? ICON)..

Need to check from Diagnostics Mode:

1. Network reachable?
2. Console detected?

i dont know what's going on, maybe something in my config setting's is wrong! is their a walk through on what should be what in the config settings? i just got on and started to play and after 3 games i just dropped and can no longer see any games this is so weird! i am not that good with computers and need help with what should be filled in, in my config settings.

Best thing to do is to read this http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/?go=quickstart and determine what setup best fits your hope network. Then follow the steps for configuring and if that doesn't work, report back.

Last time I checked, there was a Help button in the Configuration Tool..

and Kai..

and the website..

Don't see how it could switch without warning. Obviously doing something wrong / different..
