dude guys omgggggggg i found i made a mistake. it doesnt disconnect when i plug in my mic is disconnects me when i plug in my xbox communicator. hope that makes more sense

your problem doesn't really make sense man...if you are sure that it happens only when you plug in your mic, then yes you need to buy a new one...if you think about it, that is the most reasonable explanation...

thank you (-TU-)Kovert-xX. the dumbshit [1up]Dizzy doesnt know shit. he saying not to double post and double posted about fuckin stupid shitttt. me no i love in america duh. me no i live in texas duh. i mean wtf. anyways kovert i just explained that its not my mic. its my xbox communicator that was causing the troulbe. ok i join a room and i plug it in and it just dissconnects me but when i have my xbox communictor not plugged it, it doesnt discconnet me. do you get it nowww.

Yes xbox communicator = mic.

mic is short for microphone, otherwise known as a device that captures sound waves and translates them into an electrical signal.

That is a weird problem, as your mic should not be causing you to be disconnected, but if you are sure that the mic/communicator is what is causing the problem, then go buy a new one, as I stated Wink

EDIT:: and you were not licensed to insult Dizzy...yes he was being hypocritical but that doesn't give you a right to call him what you did Wink

yea srry about that i really am. anyways arent the communicator two different things. the communicator u plug into the controller and the mic into the communicator? arent those two different things

we generalize it as one, but what you think is the "communicator" is actually called a "puck" and the actual communicator is the earpiece/mic itself.

So you might just wanna try buying a whole new XBL headset package altogether, which would include both the puck (plugs into controller) and the earpieace/mic/headset (plugs into the puck)
