I have the GXS but am having major problems getting it seen by Kai. I have got the ports on the planex utility set to 30000 and 0 for the deep port. From looking at some of the other posts, I am guessing it may have something to do with the MAC address. I read that the Kai is looking for a console and sometimes wont recognise the palnex dongle. Does this sound right? If so, how do I change the MAC address so that is is recognised by Kai? If not, what else should I try?
