If i put in Halo 1 it detects it right away but it doesn't detect it with Halo 2.

Is your network reachable? yes
Are you using a port-forward? yes
Is your console being detected? no
Brief description of your network setup: Linksys BEFSR41 v3. Port 8602 forwarded to my PC. Xbox connected to router but not detected in the routers DHCP client table
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? no
Operating System? Windows XP
Problem description? Xbox is undetected under Halo 2 (and i can't host/join games)

hehe give up dfunked Smile
the only way to do it right is to do it on your own

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS PEOPLE, YOU NEED TO CHOOSE "HELP REQUEST" WHEN POSTING A HELP REQUEST

It shouldent have to. Is the box modded?
Have you changed it's MAC by chance?

Nah, users can't choose the 'Help Request' topic type anymore. We do it once we deem it a valid Help Request Smile

what do you mean by works fine on halo 1?

If it's working with halo 1 it will be working with halo 2.

Update: User did not respond within 5 days. Setting to Problem Solved.
