Well guys...
This is a little bit different topic from other issues and problems. I have made a topic on Xbox-Scene. The guys were very helpful, but I think that it has come to an end, and that I never can find a solution on my problem. Then I will try to put the topic up here.
If you have time, please take a look at the topic on Xbox-Scene and you will found out that I have followed the guide from Xlink and I have tried nearly everything.
I really want to try Xlink Kai out as others.
The quick status is:
1. I have disabled every firewall, XP’s and my antivirus’
2. I have port forwarded my router to my computer’s IP, 192.168.2.3
3. I have port forwarded my modem to my router’s IP, 192.168.2.1
4. I have enabled PAT in Xlink Kai, and put 30000 in Kai port and 0 in deep Kai port.
5. I have also made a static IP on my computer, where I use Xlink Kai
My router is a Belkin F5D9230-4v2
Thanks in advance
Best regards,
Goritek |

What does DMZ means, and how do I do that on my modem?
OBS. I have put 30000 in the Kai configuration. |

I've now opened every port in my modem so the IP 192.168.2.1 can use every port (DMZ). |

Thre has to be DMZ on the modem. Put routers ip in dmz on modem then forward port 30000 on the router to the pc static ip. |

I can't find the DMZ function on my modem...
I can put an IP in it with all open ports, but I have tried that and it doesn't work.
My modem is a Zyxel 660H-D1 |

I just want to make a reply so nobody misunderstand some information.
First of all I have made a static IP
1. Picture from the CMD (ipconfig /all)
2. Picture from the LAN configuration
3. Picture from my router, that shows its IP
4. Picture from my modem, that shows that I have forwarded all ports to the routers IP (192.168.2.1)
5. Picture from my router, it shows that I have forwarded to Xlink Kai (Port 30000, UDP)
6. Picture from the Xlink Kai Configuration
7. Picture that shows the error
I have disabled every firewall I have. It means that I have disabled the firewall in Windows XP and my firewall on Kaspersky Internet Security.
I hope that this reply have set some points in place. |
