They're adding a new feature to Xbox Live tomorrow that lets anybody view your friends list. If you don't think that's a good idea, you have to manually opt out by going to this web site: http://xbox.com/fof/ |

Seems to me M$ ran out of ideas. If anything they should have the people manually opt to allow people to see your friends. |

It's supposed to be done in order to meet up or locate friends whom you might not know their Live tag, or people you like to play with. For instance, suppose I play with Ammo on Kai, and I know he has Live, but I don't know his tag. I know Bless has Ammo on his XBL list, and Bless is on my XBL list, therefore i check Bless' friendslist, and in theory I can find Ammo and add him to mine. Some good it does me when Ammo's name on XBL doesn't have Ammo anywhere in it.....kind of a pointless feature, but could be useful at times... |

HAHAHAHA...well at least there's the opt-out thing like you said in the initial post....personally, i think i'll leave myself available for a while, to see how it goes. |
