Right click Start Kai and select run as administrator.

Windows Vista and Windows 7/8 Users
Right Click on Start Kai then goto properties and in compatibility select the compatibility mode as Windows XP SP2 and Run As Administrator.

NOTE: Windows 8 users may need to use Windows XP SP3

Windows 7 Fix Found by [1up]Heathen711

NOTE: As of XLink Kai 7.4.26 this isn't required as Winpcap is now used by default due to PSSDK been removed.
