Help needed urgently

Hi all i am a new user to xlink and i am having difficulties. I have set up the xlink software on the pc and when i turn on my xbox it shows that the network is reachable and everything seems to be fine. I can see the games currently being played, the users playing them and their pings etc. But how do i join a game as when i go to a play lan supported game and click on join game on the xbox it tells me that no games found. I have tryed looking on the forum but i could not find a reply. All help is appreaciated.

perhaps you could fill out a Help request form, so that we can determin what the problem may be.

Setting to annoyed that people don't come back and report on the status .. Sad
