-PDX- clan is going to be a HALO 3 clan if we just find people that play halo 3 in North America Sacramento ( You can be in PDX clan, or you can be in any clan) I just want to find some players that have under 30 Ping, in my area. So then I can finally play Halo 3 with Friends and Guests, also if we find a lot of people in HALO 3... We will then also be a Halo 3 Clan.
