where is the PS2 online community? say it here

I'm very surprised to see 1,2 or 3 PS2 palayers per day on xlink.Ok there's already free online game's on PS2,but lot of them have got their server closed. If u know a place,a progam which is better used than here, please say it.We all will find there!

if you can find a better free online gaming client we would be surprised. XLink Kai is the only free system link client around that supports more then one console

i ll be surprised too,but the PS2 online community is so....hum..."small",so i hve nothing to lost check another...

as soon as the PS3 was enabled and ready for Kai the PS2 gaming died. Most users now play the PSP over Kai, alot play the PS3 and most other users play the xbox and xbox 360

yea i know it, i have both psp (which is so...so..hard to make work and configure) and xbox.but i ll see if it interesting to play PS2 online...Here? probably not..that why i search another one place.i know xlink is one of the better online community but i expect u r wrong when u say that PS2 online community is dead...The xbox and xbox360 are here together! why not the same for PS2 and PS3?

i know what u r sayin its hard to find someone on ps2 i only play gt4 and alot of ppl cant configure gt4 but im here waitin

I dont have gt4 but I have nascar 04 and am hankering for some good ol' fashioned door bumping racing.

i play timesplitters future perfect pretty frequently on ps2 xlink, add me on xlink, also u can add me on msn (lazyhoboguy@live.com) and I think once the servers for more ps2 games are shut down more people will use xlink, but you guys should try to spread the word about this because not people know about this. Like i was shocked to find out i could play timesplitters after the servers were shut down.

Hey guys i play ps2 online also i usually play battlefront 2 which actual has a lot of ppl. And when u said u could play future perfect after the servers shut down does that mean i can play monster hunter even though that shut down too:?:

yes i can play timesplitters 3 thru xlink , the official servers for the games online are shut down, but xlink allows u to play games that have lan functions. It tricks the game into thinking other people are on ur local area network, so if the games u want to play have their servers shut down , but have a lan function u can play them online thru xlink, check the sites list of games to see which ones have this,

o and slipknotz i added u to my xlink buddy list, u have any messengers? cus thats how i plan games, also go to this site playstation2.onlineconsoles.com, its a site where there is a game planner and we plan games over xlink sometimes, its also a ps2 online community , and has lists of all the ps2 games that still have their servers up, and which games have lan functions

Ive been using Xlink on and off. GT4 on Xlink was dissappointing but that wasnt Xlinks fault. So I havent much used it since. But now theres a new interest in this program because My Clan called Crash plays alot of ToCa Race Driver 3 and we are tired of Gamespys servers. Plus I cant see this game being online much longer so im currently getting our members familiar with Xlink. We plan to use it for more than just Toca so you'll start seeing us around. Yes on the PS2. Might even get the PS3 on it now and then we'll see whats needed as we go. If anyones interested we have a site were we organize our races and such. crashclan.tk Its a nice site. I just redisigned it and were getting geared up to be serious now. Stop bye and say hi. You dont have to join the clan to join our site. Oh yeah we are a group of racers from all over the world. Everyones welcome!

P.S. Theres a bunch of us interested in shooters too!
