Is your network reachable? Not Yet (No)
Are you using a port-forward? Yes, port 3000 TCP and UDP
Is your console being detected? Yes
Brief description of your network setup: D-link 624+ wireless router (xbox and pc both connecting using cat5)
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? No
Operating System? Windows XP
Problem description? I cannot see other pings and people cant see my pings, sometimes it works and sometimes I just get Network Reachable : Not Yet!

Sometimes when I play about with the Firewall it will work but when I boot up xlink again it wont work Sad

Okay not sure if this is the reason, but in the router you have IP30000/30000 can you change it to UDP and see if it changes the problem. Report back when done.

You should not have to, I have the same router as you and I don't have to port forward. Maybe hit me on MSN and we will see if we can get it working for you.
