Is your network reachable? No
Are you using a port-forward? I followed instructions on doing it, but not sure if successful
Is your console being detected? No
Brief description of your network setup: I have my cable modem connected to a wireless router (netgear wireless router wgr614), my pc then connects to this wireless router using a usb adapter. My xbox is then connected to my pc through an ethernet card.
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? Only firewall is the xp one, which is turned off.
Operating System? Win xp sp1
Problem description? I cant get anything to work!! Argh. Well i firstly tried using the above setup and it wont find my network, so then i tried plugging my xbox direct in to the router through a cat5 cable and it said that it found the network, but i was unable to find any games (in halo). I have since gone back to the wireless method as i would like to get it to work this way. Any suggestions? Thanks so much if you can help!

OK, we need to set up port forwarding. If you know you've done it, you've got to tell Kai which port by putting it into the 'Kai Port' box.

You also need to tick that 'Allow Dangerous NIC's checkbox.

I'm available on MSN if you want me to use Remote Assistance and have a look at the router's configuration.
