Just out of curiosity, what are some consoles you would like to see support for on Xlink? I would personally like to see support for the Dreamcast and DS. They're both great consoles that have games people would like to play online. I'm not sure if the DS has LAN support, though. Forgive me for sounding like an idiot if it doesn't. |

If i remember someone asked about the dreamcast been setup on Kai but i cant remember what the answer was for that and the DS as far as i know is illegal to use online through Kai.
Someone double check that for me |

With the dreamcast i think it had to do with having the adapters like rico said and the adapters are rare as hell.
The deal with the DS is that the protocol (NIFI) it uses to communicate to each other was hard to tunnel its self and took pain staking hours and days to even connect correctly. TX successfully tunneled it but its way to laggy and buggy and would disconnect all the time. I never experienced it first hand because i didnt buy the USB adapter that worked with it (there was only one that worked with it and it didnt work half the time.
And to answer the question in the thread i think that all that can be tunneled (sucessfully) has already been done (what TX has done: PSP, PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox360, Gamecube.)
The thing about the Gamecube us there is a new app out that simulates and merges 2 cubes into one so u can play regular non lan games online using the PSO hack. Again ive never tried this one either. |

Oh, really? What's the name of that application? I'm a bit curious. Also, the iPhone on Xlink is an interesting idea. Even though I don't have one, it sounds like a good idea. |
